TES is clearly a leader in the field of wetland mitigation.  Mitigation is the term used to describe the various methods to compensate for wetland loss.  These methods can include wetland enhancement, wetland restoration, wetland creation, and wetland preservation.  The firm has conducted more than 50 wetland mitigation projects in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Puerto Rico.  TES is currently involved in numerous wetland creation and stream relocation projects in New York State. Staff members have experience designing wetlands, supervising wetland construction, implementing planting plans, and monitoring the success of created wetlands.
